At this two-day global summit, we uncovered the latest transformative approaches that reshaped the CX landscape across the region, explored cutting-edge AI, automation, and self-service technologies that revolutionized customer interactions, and cracked the code on crafting exceptional customer journeys and building lasting brand loyalty.

Our CGO, Manuel Oothria Raj, addressed a room full of top executives and business leaders. He delved into the evolution of customer feedback mechanisms and how organizations have adapted to meet consumers' ever-changing needs.

During the insightful presentation he highlighted the importance of customer experience (CX) in today's business landscape, the significance of Generative AI and its potential impact on reshaping CX strategies, the evolution of customer experience analytics, key challenges in CX analytics and Clootrack’s approach to balancing Generative AI and human insight.
