Manuel had the honor of delivering a keynote on the topic "Embracing Gen AI to Transform the Future of Business." During his presentation, he discussed the evolution of Gen AI and its impact on Customer Experience, highlighting the crucial intersection between the two. He pointed out that while Gen AI holds immense potential, it is essential to remember the irreplaceable value of human empathy and emotion.
We had meaningful and engaging conversations with several prominent brands, including Majid Al Futtaim, Damac, Sobha Realty, Emaar Hospitality, Hala, Medcare, Sharaf DG, RakBank, Emirates NBD, Zurich Insurance, Al Ghurair, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, and First Abu Dhabi Bank, who visited our booth.
Further, our team met and listened to CX leaders from the region, who reinforced the idea that Human Experience surpassed Customer Experience and emphasized the significance of personalization.
